Privacy

Privacy by default

inbox.n6.world is designed so people can contact you without exposing their identity beyond the alias they choose. Owners access their inbox through email magic links, and anonymous visitors do not need an account to start a conversation.

What owners can see

Owners can see the alias, message content, thread status, and anything a visitor later chooses to share in the thread. They do not automatically receive the visitor’s email address.

What visitors keep private

Visitors receive a private thread URL for follow-up. That link is the access key to the conversation, so it should be kept private.

Security controls

We use rate limiting, Turnstile verification where configured, magic-link auth for owners, and owner-scoped inbox access controls.
